Agustín Ibañez-Baldor

Agustín is Vice President of Operations & Training at Macmel. A former Co-Lead of Recruitment at a large firm in California, he has extensive knowledge of and experience with all phases of the attorney recruiting process. He has worked closely with attorneys at all seniority levels across a broad spectrum of practice areas. In addition, he has spearheaded paralegal and law firm staff searches for both large and midsized firms. Agustín was born and raised in Milwaukee, where he received his Bachelor's in Business Administration from Marquette University. He currently resides in Los Angeles.
