Agustín Ibañez-Baldor

Agustín is Vice President of Operations & Training at Macmel. A former Co-Lead of Recruitment at a large California law firm, he has extensive knowledge of and experience with every stage of the attorney recruiting process. He has worked closely with attorneys at all seniority levels across a broad range of practice areas. In addition, he has led paralegal and law firm staff searches for both large and midsized firms.

Born and raised in Milwaukee, Agustín earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Marquette University. He currently resides in Los Angeles.
