Ansley is an Executive Legal Recruiter at Macmel, where she specializes in facilitating attorneys' lateral moves, with an emphasis on the Southeast and Texas markets. A former solo practitioner in criminal law, Ansley has extensive experience mentoring new attorneys and facilitating their career placements in firms of all sizes and practice areas. Ansley was a member of the Alabama State Bar’s Leadership Forum Class of 2025, chosen as a 2025 Birmingham “Legal Eagle” by AboutTown Magazine, and named as a 2025 “Legal Elite” by Business Alabama. 

Ansley received her bachelor's degree from the University of Alabama and her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. She resides in Birmingham, Alabama.
