Irene is Vice President of Recruiting & Client Services at Macmel. She also maintains her own active recruiting practice, with an emphasis on the New York and New Jersey markets. A former associate at a leading firm in New Jersey, Irene has a deep understanding of both the attorney experience and law firms' own hiring processes and considerations. Having practiced in various sectors of the law, Irene knows the value of the right fit for a particular role, and uses her knowledge and experience to ensure long-term success for both law firms and candidates. 

Irene received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and lives in New Jersey.
