Michael Melchiorre

Michael is President and Head of Attorney Recruiting at Macmel. Drawing on his experience as a former corporate attorney, extensive industry network, and deep understanding of the lateral market, he advises partners on strategic lateral moves and counsels law firms on partner hiring, group acquisitions, and practice expansion.

Before joining Macmel, Michael was a Senior Legal Recruiter at LHH and practiced as a corporate associate in Sidley Austin's Capital Markets group. He earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School.
