Shannon is an Executive Legal Recruiter at Macmel, where she specializes in facilitating attorneys' lateral moves. A former Supervising Attorney at a midsize law firm, she brings firsthand knowledge of the legal profession and extensive experience guiding attorneys through every stage of the recruiting and placement process. As a first-generation lawyer, Shannon is passionate about helping attorneys navigate what can often feel like an intimidating career transition with confidence and clarity.

Shannon earned her J.D. from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and lives in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
