Tim is the founder and CEO of Macmel. He employs a thorough understanding of the business and recruitment needs of law firms to place high-level candidates at the partner, counsel and associate levels. He also handles bespoke in-house attorney placements. Tim knows the value of an expert recruiter and leverages a nationwide network to cultivate the best opportunities for attorney candidates. Prior to founding Macmel, he practiced law as a corporate associate at an AmLaw 50 firm in New York. He received his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis. Tim lives in New York City.
