Tim is the founder and CEO of Macmel. Drawing on a deep understanding of the business and strategic hiring needs of top law firms, Tim advises on partner, counsel, and associate moves that shape practice groups and drive firm growth. He also executes bespoke in-house placements for companies seeking sophisticated legal talent, leveraging a nationwide network and market intelligence to deliver results at the highest level.

Before founding Macmel, Tim practiced law as a corporate associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher. He holds a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis and is based in New York City.
