Tim is the Founder and CEO of Macmel. Leveraging deep industry relationships, market intelligence, and a nationwide network, he advises law firms on strategic partner hiring and counsels partners on significant lateral moves. He works closely with firm leadership to build, expand, and strengthen practices across the country.

Before founding Macmel, Tim practiced corporate law as an associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher. He earned his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis and lives in New York City.
