Zane Fernandez

Zane is an Executive Legal Recruiter at Macmel, where he specializes in facilitating attorneys’ lateral moves with an emphasis on the New England and New York City markets. A former corporate attorney with experience at premier BigLaw and boutique Boston law firms, he brings firsthand insight into the day-to-day realities of legal practice, along with a deep understanding of the legal industry as a whole. Through his experience, Zane has developed a strong understanding of how AmLaw and elite boutique firms evaluate talent, and he leverages that knowledge to guide attorneys through every stage of the lateral recruiting process.

Zane earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School and his B.A. from the City College of New York. He lives in Medford, Massachusetts.
